A crisp breeze of new love on its way enters the kitchen windows
Rustling handwritten notes along the wooden breakfast table
Winter turns to quietly summon all her workers once more
Without any reason.

WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR
A crisp breeze of new love on its way enters the kitchen windows
Rustling handwritten notes along the wooden breakfast table
Winter turns to quietly summon all her workers once more
Without any reason.

Warm gentle rays
Briefly unclench the concrete town
Winter draining into the swollen underearth
Whose bowels digest the dark of your discontent
But who am I to mistake your magnificence
Your cool air invigorating life’s purpose
Oh lift me up
Once more.

A Light feathery dance
Snowflakes settle neatly
And cold one after the other
White wilderness arouses suspicion
Life muffled to somewhere else.

Inside the belly of the dark city
She sprinted into the wet icy night
Until her throat and chest burned
To catch the warm fire of life.

Excuse me please
While I talk and sing in the shower
While I dance naked in the streets
While I swing from street lamp to street lamp
Pardon me please
While I unbutton my winter jacket
While I leave it on the pavement
While I surrender to the sun
Do forgive me please
While I giggle when I see you
While my heat and secrets meet
While I play the music louder
All apologies but
I can not hold my heart in
Thoughts alive in my tongue
My veins are laughing and speeding
Something unravels every moment
Because the Twin Peaks season is over
Am I this lucky up all night
Er det virkelig sant
Is it really true.
