The loss of you sits perfectly
In the season of hardening
Learning what patience governs
The rhythm before I met you
For my life is finally mine.

What does this poem make me think of? A precious stone being cut from its confining matrix; being shown in all its fineness.

What a brilliant reflection Tish 🙂 Patience is so underrated.
