  1. Every post I have read to day comes back to the same lesson I was taught, two weeks ago: “Slow down and pay attention.” There is an in-gathering of souls coming. I can sense it, and will need to show, by my behaviour, that I am also ready for it.

  2. THIS is so true! The pace of today is so brutally fast that for this reason alone I head out to a forest whenever I can. I also love laying on my bed listening to music coming from my glorious sound system. We have been so brainwashed to work work work, go go go, do do do, that we have all but forgotten how to relax and have fun.

    1. Yes indeed, Amy Rose. The pace of the world today is beyond sustainable; and there is nothing like being in the nature to refresh the mind, the body and the spirit.
