Quietly after summer upon my body
Is she changing her colours again
Will we understand love before we make it
Will we honour the answers at this depth
Do we know what poverty is
Are we awake.

WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR
Quietly after summer upon my body
Is she changing her colours again
Will we understand love before we make it
Will we honour the answers at this depth
Do we know what poverty is
Are we awake.

I have a hard time understanding this poem. Maybe because I m tired, but with he summer just ended en the leaves on the trees changing colours it feels as if it is about the fall..
Keep up the deep writing!
Warm and colourful greetings!

Hello Tieme, thank you for the warm and colourful greetings. Try one of the questions instead of all of them at once. Yeah, let’s keep doing what we do. We are here to reflect God’s light 😊

love making is taken
very lightly
in our bubble gum culture,
the poverty of such superficial thoughts
the fickleness of changing emotions
nothing that was sacred is now serious….
Do I read you well, Nomzi?

We see ourselves everywhere. What we read reveals us. It has been a while. Are you well Noel? 😊

What is sacred Noel?

what should be sacred? the sanctity of the physical giving and taking, taken as an expression of deep conversations of two intertwined souls.
